The interview process was extensive but incredibly efficient, consisting of the following (all conducted via Teams/Zoom, with the exception of the phone screen): 1. Phone screen 2. Interview with Hiring Manager 3. Interview with Marketing Leadership Team 4. Interview with Marketing Peer/Team 5. Interview with Culture Team 6. Case Study presentation Start to finish, the interview process lasted only 2-3 weeks, which was extremely efficient compared to other companies, especially given the number of interviews. Although a lot of interviews, every one of them had a purpose and provided tremendous exposure to the people I'd eventually be working with. I was pleasantly surprised by the transparency re: compensation/benefits that was provided during the phone screen -- every company should be this transparent!
