      Entretien

      The interview process was unlike anything I have ever seen. There was a group of about 15 of us brought into a conference room. We were told about the job we were interviewing for and more about the company and the company's vision. We then had a chance to ask any of our questions. A basic computer test was administered and we then had individual interviews. The people giving the interviews were funny and open. They had about 10 questions to ask a little more about each of us. I was called about a week later and offered the job.

      I was truly excited to interview for this position and to potentially join such a well-regarded company. I had the opportunity to speak with Stephanie and Charita during the interview process, and I appreciated the time they took to meet with me. However, I was informed that I would receive an update regarding the next steps, and unfortunately, I have not heard anything back. While I understand that delays can happen, I wanted to express that the lack of follow-up has been disappointing, especially considering how enthusiastic I was about the opportunity. Clear communication is an important reflection of a company’s values, and I hope future candidates will have a more consistent experience. Thank you again for the opportunity to interview.
