A third-party company referred me to participate in the Health Edge interview process. At first, I had a 15-minute chat with a gentle lady who asked general questions before moving forward to the next steps. The next would be 3 consecutive interviews with 3 different people from Engineering. I had the first one with a person that's an Engineering Director. Since the beginning, it seemed that he was not comfortable interviewing someone indicated by this third-party company. He sent me a live coding challenge to do with me sharing my screen. I did the code and it ran on the first attempt and for all tests. After that, he asked a few generic questions about deployment, clean code and scrum processes. Without any specific reason, they decided not to move forward and didn't provide feedback.

recruiter call followed by a hiring manager and then a technical round
Interview focused mainly on past experience, AI adoption, and Core Java.
Unfortunately, the overall interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer joined late, seemed unprepared, and appeared uninterested throughout the conversation. At one point, he even questioned why the company was hiring for the role. Midway through the interview, he turned off his video and went silent for a while, which felt unprofessional.
I also followed up afterward for an update but never received any response. Based on my experience, candidates should manage their expectations before investing too much time preparing specifically for this company.

2 tech started with Basic tech knowledge and then a brainstorming system design stuff. Manager & HR rounds were interactive. You get to know the culture & product at the interview process itself
