Got a call for interview through referral. There were already more than 80 people waiting. There was not even enough space to accommodate all the people. There were 4 rounds. First online written test. Once cleared that then moved to second round. Which was technical one to one round. All basic. Net and sql server questions. Third round was technical + managerial round. Fourth was meeting with delivery manager. Then they will ask to leave for the day. Even though cleared all the rounds but did not get call after that day. They are conducting interviews almost every week but won't consider the people those who already have cleared all the rounds.
