Test on what you would do on a case and best stages. Also consider due process and governance. followed by formal standard interview. Use star technique. Where you demonstrate your skills and experience

Applied with a supporting statement and attached CV. Was notified a couple weeks later about an interview. Had to submit a written assessment and then had a panel interview with two panel members.
