Step three: Conducted a 10 min demo presentation to the group Step four: Reviewed samples of work that I had been requested to bring in They collected reference information also during this interview. Indicated hiring process was just initiated and at least 2 week wait for further feedback. Notified 6 weeks later that another candidate selected.
