Brief and to the point. It lasted about 5 minutes and I thought I did not get the job. To my surprise, I got an offer the next day. I am not sure if they were just trying to fill spots or I was just that impressive.

The interview is virtual through zoom and it takes about 20-35 minutes. They want to hire people that are highly empathetic with great customer service. They also want to know if you can take responsibility for your actions and self motivated. They would want to know of moments where you showed you have all those qualities.

Although the interview was scheduled promptly there was an hour wait to be interviewed. The interview brief and the focus was on how effective you have and will communicate in a less than ideal situation.
