The interview process was very quick, the recruiter knew what they were talking about, they was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I was a little concerned that they asked me to send my W2, which I didn’t do. The recruiter told me it was optional and I trusted that. The second interview was great, the man I interviewed with was a complete professional, I thought the interview was amazing and he told me the same. I was looking forward to working here but I never received an offer letter, I reached out to my recruiter and she said it was going through approvals. I’ve since accepted employment elsewhere, because I could no longer afford not having an income.

The recruiter went hard on trying to sell me on this company, however, I came away feeling like they wanted to twist and churn our seniors in and out of plans. They promised me a higher hourly wage if I could provide awards, certificates or documentation of being in the top 25 percentile at previous employer. Their hourly pay and incentives were lower than other call center positions. I stand on my integrity. No allegation shall prosper against me. I cancelled the final interview. Now I've learned that almost 2,000 employees have been terminated and the business is permanently closed.
