The process took a week. I applied online and got a response 2 or 3 days after to do a phone screening. The talent coordinator was Karrin and she was super helpful throughout the entire process. We talked about my skillset, why I wanted to work for the company, and allowed me to ask questions as well. She gave me more information about the job and then was asked me to fill out an application online which had a list of interview-type questions I had to answer. After filling out the application, I was invited to an on-site interview where I did a 15 minute 2-on-1 briefly discussing my background and if I would be a good fit for the job. I then did a 30 minute job shadow, which was a really great way to see what client coordinators do firsthand. I was then invited to come back to do a 20 minute presentation of my accomplishments in front of the executives. It was honestly pretty nerve-racking because I've never done anything like that before, but it was also a cool way for the company to learn more about yourself and things you are proud of. Make you are clear with your skills to convince them you are capable of doing the job, and be ready for questions after. I found out I landed the job the same day of my presentation. Overall, the company is super welcoming!
