I submitted my resume to the HR, then after 2 or 3 days I got a call for a phone interview with the HR. After a couple of days I was invited for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by 3 people from the IT Department (Manager and 2 System Administrators). The following day I got a call for a second interview and this time it was with the CIO. It was a very welcoming and relaxed conversation with the CIO. And within the same day, the HR called me to tell me that they are pleased to offer me the job.
