      The interview process took a whole day, most of which I was sitting on a chair waiting for the next process. Being very honest, my resume is very impressive. I have designed it on photoshop and the content in really good. They did not even ask questions from the things mentioned in my resume. They asked me about my projects and when I was telling them, they were hearing but not listening to it. The management is very very very poor. They didn't know what they were looking for in a candidate. If they knew they would be good at studying a resume and shortlisting it. I did not get the offer because by evening I was so much frustrated, I kept saying no for every question. Even if I got an offer, I would have said clear NO in capital letters.

      Contacted by Consultancy for the role in Healofy. They directly called for interview without informing anything and then a whole day of interview conducted . (I preferred saturnday, so didn't had problem for timings) 1. An Android assignement was given on the spot by HR to work on for around 3 hours. 2. Review of Assignment 3. Android Round 4. Android / Tech Round 5. Co-founders Round 6. DSA Round 7. Puzzles Round 8. Hiring Manager's Round Was selected and they collected my docs. Then they put my profile on hold without informing any reason. Doubtful on the people who handle processes as how after all procedures completed, they never came back with any response / didn't give offer.

      Question 1

      Not everything but fewthings are mentioned based on Roounds. 1. A task to develop UI with same drag-functionality of facebook's comment dialog/screen which is draggable/moveable from top and bottom. Write & Submit code there in office only within around 2-3 hours. 2. They'd review code & logic and getback accordingly. 3. Questions of core android fundamentals, threads, java in details 4. Questions based on experience, problem solved, tech used, Android & other tech details 5. Just discussed about your-self ; then company profile, plans, etc.. 6. Around 2/3 Questions about DSA problem solving 7. Asked few problem solving / puzzles; like, find fastest 3 hourse from 25 using 5 track with minimal rounds of tests. 8. It's like HR round but asked about future-plans, goals, why healofy and everything what they want to know about you so that they can exploit you better. (One of worst thing I observed in Healofy is this; however, inteviewing girl was bad in attitude.)

      Entretien

      One of the worst interview panel and process. Not considering importance of anyone time. They work on Saturdays, and expect all candidates to waste their time with them. I was interviewed, on Sr. Android and the interviewer started with Life cycle, parcelable vs serializable etc. Then he asked 2 puzzle, and gave a situation where we need to design a dial pad, as we dial 2 the screen should all numbers in phone book that contains A and has a number 2 in number. Then if I dial 3, then it should filter phone book with, phone numbers containing 2 and 3 and names containing ad, ae, af, be, bd, bf, CD,ce,cf .... And so on. The worst part now, they have an assignment to be done right there, then there was no one to explain the assignment, when requested they explained. Implemented as explained, got verified and then submitted, waited for 2 hrs to get is checked, later the guy say no this was not the requirement. Can you implemented as per requirement and enhance it..? Seriously .... Dude people should be evaluated, based on concept not as per some random requirement given and changed every now and then. Later they said, it's already very late, please try this requirement from home and submit. Don't waste your time in this company for interview. They will waste ur whole day. Jr. Guys are taking interviews and don't have basic ethics on what questions to ask. They will ask u too basic questions and consider assignment to b done with no proper explaination, they will explain u something and expect something else, which they will tell once u submit the assignment.
