Funny story... I scheduled an initial interview with Max (CEO + Sales Director). He cancelled and asked to reschedule. When I rescheduled, he no-showed. A year or two later, I finally got back on the calendar with him and it was the coldest, most apathetic interview... Just totally disinterested and made no attempts to follow up. Wouldn't recommend even bothering with this company.

Despite the tight timeframe, I created the video due to my interest in the company's values. Unfortunately, after being viewed promptly, I received no response. I also submitted a detailed cover letter via email, highlighting my interest and experience, but still encountered silence. Suggest reviewing the interview process for potential improvements to ensure a fair and effective evaluation. As this does not give your company a good reputation.
