Be prepared to meet with recruiter, then answer vignettes and have at least 2 interviews with therapy managers. Relatively smooth process and they were all very nice people who seemed transparent about the growing nature of the company and to prepare for ongoing change.

Not really. Couldn't answer questions that I had about the position. Didn't ask me much except can you work minimum number of hours, etc. I'm really unclear what the position is (contract) and what it will look like, etc.
