I applied for the role online; shortly after, I received an email letting me know they would be collecting EEO data via a third party company. The simple act of filling out demographic data via that app somehow triggered a $13/month subscription with said app?! This is a TERRIBLE candidate experience, hiring team! Please reconsider how you are collecting this data, so so predatory.
