I applied through a referral. The recruiter was slow to follow-up but we scheduled a phone screen. It went very well and I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. I didn’t hear anything and kept following up until about 10 days later when I heard they were not interested in moving forward. My phone screen was great and the recruiter very engaging while chatting. Basic questions about your background, why are you leaving, do you have any questions.
