      Entretien

      Phone screener with VP, followed by written at home test, Video Chat with someone in the role, then brought in for in person interview- 2 people in the role, direct supervisor, culture manager, and then VP of Customer experience. Everyone was incredibly wonderful and nice throughout the process, but honestly a few things really threw me off. During my interview the customer experience manager disclosed he hadn't even seen my written responses, so I immediately felt as though I was at a disadvantage. During the last bit, the VP even mentioned to me how she must have spoken to "like 50 people over the last few weeks but I still remember our phone conversation so that must be a good sign", and when I asked her when they'd reach a decision she said "A few hours" and she just needed to consult the rest of the team. Honestly, this really led me on, and I thought was kind of unprofessional, especially the first bit. I was quite shocked and disappointed when I found out I didn't get it, and wished she hadn't said anything like that to begin with. I understand it's a very desired company to work for, but I've never been told something like that in an interview and received no offer. Afterwards, I thanked HR anyway and I asked for feedback which would be really helpful, but they were the first company that I've ever asked for feedback that didn't respond with some constructive criticism, or at all.

      The phone interview lasted roughly 20 minutes and felt rather informal and more like a conversation with a few questions peppered throughout. The questions were standard customer service related questions.

      The interview process was through. I had a call with the VP of Customer Experience, then a take home test, another call with a employee in the role, and then an interview in the office. Everyone was very nice and I was very excited about the prospect of working there.

      Entretien

      I was interviewed by several different people from the CX team. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They asked me questions that were relevant and they really tried to get to know me.
