The interview process was fairly typical. I had an intro call with HR, and then I was asked to come into the office for 2 30 minute interviews with different senior employees. You are then asked to do an hour long written test which is quite difficult compared to other written tests and there is not really a way you can prepare for it.

The interview process was with a recruitment agency. I had four 30 minute interviews with different Directors, 2 at the first stage followed by another 2 at the second stage. I also had to do a 500 word writing task in an hour.
