The interview process started with the first interview with a director as a technical interview asking the basic stuff. The second interview was a panel ‘culture’ interview to gauge if you fit within their culture.

I got schedule an interview in Phoenix with the VP of the company. Everyone was very nice including the VP. The recruiter promised an answer within a week: Never heard back from them. In my opinion that is a very unprofessional behavior.

Was very easy and relaxed. The person that I mainly interviewed with is no longer with the company. Worked all day before going in to interview. I was extremely dirty. That seemed to be a bonus instead of determent...showed hard work I guess. Interview was very relaxed. But everything might be different with new management.
