The initial recruiter interview was great. The actual interview with the technology staff was hands down the weirdest interview I’ve ever had. There literally was good cop, bad cop, and indifferent cop — one interviewer stared at his computer silently for 45 minutes before asking a question, and when he did, he almost yelled it. The interview felt like a test to see if I’d put up with an abusive workplace — one interviewer seemed to suggested I had fabricated my own work experience. Based on the interview, I wouldn’t apply for another position in this department.
