They first ask for application from all over India then shortlisted candidates get Call Letter for Written Exam and those who clear it are called for Interview at Mumbai HO. Travelling expenses are reimbursed.

In Mumbai a GD will take place. Be careful what you speak in GD they will counter you in PI from that GD what you said, Answers you gave in your written exam and then Your CV, if you are experienced then from past job too.
