There are 3 steps overall - CV and CL screening, pre-interview task, assessment interview. While the CV and CL screening is a pretty much common processes, the pre-interview task was about evaluating creativity. The assessment interview was like a full working day with a talent assessment test, cases solving, group activities and self-presentation of each candidate.
