J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hatch
Entretien
1. Recruiter
2. Hiring Manager
3. Another Hiring Manager
4. VP
It was a nice process and the recruiter was really helpful. The hiring team actually responded to my thank you and follow up emails which was a lovely touch. :) However, an interviewer replied 'no' to the calendar invite for my 4th round and I could not get ahold of the team at all for over a week to ask why, reschedule, etc. In the end I did receive notice over a week later that they had filled the role but I thought it was quite odd to just decline an invite and not at least communicate next steps or expectations with someone who had gotten so far in the process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Very standard questions - Tell me about a time when you had a difficult client experience, how did you solve it, etc.
Messy, disorganized, and unprofessionional. I get that it's a startup but to schedule me for a 1.5 hour onsite interview with 3 different leaders and only 1 of them really takes the time to even interview is a bad sign. Getting a call for a verbal offer and then never hearing from the team again is also laughable.
The interview process was smooth and moved quickly, wrapping up in about a week. I spoke with a recruiter, a manager, and a VP. Each conversation felt natural, low-pressure, and informative.
