You get interview call from one of the co-founders.
After that, they give you a Coding Challenge, not so difficult, very easy to be completed in 3 days.
First they tell you in the description of the coding challenge that it is outdated, APIs won't work etc etc.
And even if you submit your challenge with the best React.js/Redux practices and working with good solutions for APIs, they will reject you with a reason of bad UX in terms of very small precision.
I think when you, as a reviewer haven't worked much on providing this precise details to the candidate, you should not expect him/her to give back either.
The problem, co-founder is a UX designer, not an engineer who would've evaluated the assignment.
Don't waste your time applying to this company, you will learn nothing and regret it.
- disappointed candidate.
