Quite simple! I submitted a resume and was asked to come in for an in person interview to meet the team and see the facility. I was asked questions about previous management experience and behavioral questions.

Extremely easy. They asked me some basic "what if?" questions and were intrigued about my experience in management. The Aquatics manager was pretty tough. He seemed driven, and wanted to make sure that I was driven as well. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire recruitment process.
