Honestly the worst application process I have ever experienced. I initially applied in late May, completed the assessments, and only received a response after a month and a half. The screening interview went smoothly, but the technical interview was difficult. I was asked very specific, closed-ended questions that left little room to elaborate or clarify my responses. Communication during the interview felt unclear, with long pauses and occasional changes in questions, making it difficult to provide cohesive answers. Additionally, I had requested that an updated version of my CV be used for the interview, as I had applied months earlier. However, this request was not acknowledged, leading to further confusion during the interview. After receiving an automated rejection email, I provided feedback and requested more detailed feedback in return, but I did not receive a response. A couple of months later, I applied again for a similar position and completed the assessments once more. After waiting another month, I was invited to a screening interview. Given that I was already considering another offer, I asked if the process could be expedited and inquired about details like salary and the start date. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any helpful information and was instead sent another automated rejection email. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I hope others have a smoother process.

The first round was supposed to be an HR round but the interviewer asked technical questions only and a few questions was outside what mentioned in the jd. It was only 30 minutes.
