Recruiter contacted me after I applied directly on the Harvard website after seeing the job posted on Linkedin. I was one of the first to apply, but the recruiter said job fit is how they parse through resumes, and being the first in doesn't weigh in to the process.

Entretien
Brief meetings with the associate dean and another employee. Fairly easy. If selected for an interview, DO NOT pay out of pocket! They have taken two months to reimburse and don't seem to care.
