Waited several weeks before reaching out to hear about the status and the recruiter kindly let me know that they were still considering me, but had moved some other candidates further along in the process.

There was only one in-person substantive interview, which was conducted with two interviewers, including the direct manager. The interview consisted of in-depth questioning. There was another phone interview with an HR representative, which was more broad.

Recruiter reaches out via email to select a date and time from a calendar website for a phone interview.
During the phone interview- they barely talk about that role and just hop right into asking questions:
They arent transparent about salary- while the range is on the post- the range is wide and I had to ask for what is the budget range.
