Process took about three months, six interviews in total. The whole department and students also were at interview to ask questions; the first interview was a total of three hours + a couple of technical challenges

I applied for a job at one of their research centers. First interview was a screener call with a center staffer. They were not very knowledgeable about the position. Frankly this interview was pretty boring, with standard questions like "tell me about your work style." Second interview was with center staff and much more interesting. Harvard should do better for their recruiting. I almost withdrew application based on how boring the first interview was.
