Entretien
Following a successful phone screen with the recruiter, I had two, one-on-one in-person interviews with two senior staff in the department. A week or so later, I had another interview with a senior staff member from another department (someone they hadn't thought to include in the process before). The next morning, I was told I was the successful candidate.

I was expecting a formal, behavioral interview--but the in-person interviews were actually far more informal conversations about my experience.
Went through several rounds of the interview process before being completely ghosted. One round included completing a substantial amount of work for the office I was interviewing for. The office never responded or provided feedback on the process.
got denied 8 months after application. There were no humans to speak with . I had all the qualification of the application. Their job listing much not be up to date
A phone interview that lasted around 30 minutes and then invited to go to campus where I had to give a talk and then have interviews with select members of their staff. It was a whole day process and the put me in a hotel.
