Average experience, their internal recruiter did not reply to questions via email, and they filled the role while I was completing the take home technical task. There are 3 interviews and 1 take home technical task. The first interview is a call with their recruiter who asks a range of machine learning questions, and seems to write them down to then go over with the team. The second is almost the same thing but with two engineers who ask more pointed ML questions. After that, you are invited to do a take home technical task, cats vs dogs, the task and dataset is publicly available on their Github page. Finally, for the third interview they review your submission for the technical task.
