Fill out the online application. Definitely follow up with them. I had to call back multiple times. There's a drug test and then they'll train you with pay for a week after which you will be a full fledged Harris Teeter Associate.

It was a quick interview. Manager asked a few basic questions like "Why did you choose Harris Teeter?" and "What hours are you available?" The interview was semi-formal. Overall, the interview only lasted about 10 minutes.

Short and sweet interview. A saliva drug test was given a couple of days later. They just ask you about what you know about the company and your goals and your work ethic
