I did a walk in interview. I had applied online a couple of weeks prior. It was short and the interviewer did not ask the basic interview questions. I had to go to a store that was not the nearest to me. For my first job, they offered me a good pay.
I had the interview at the career fair for Harris Teeter. I first had a phone interview then they invited me to the career fair event. I had applied through snagajob so the event was also because of them.
Pretty quick and easy going, just give off the impression that you like working with people and are comfortable enough to strike up a little bit of convo or smth like that
Fast, personable easy. Interview was over zoom scheduled for 30 minutes but I was hired within 10 minutes of starting. Questions were very basic and were extremely easy to answer. I highly recommend interviewing for a job at Harris Teeter.
