I was required to do a typical in-person interview. I also had to do a session where you went into the store and they dialed you into an automated system where you had to answer different questions by pushing the numbers on the dial pad. I.E. "Have you ever used marijuana? Press 1 for Yes and 2 for No". I also had to take a drug test at a local lab as part of the interview/onboarding process.

Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

Then In-Person, lasts about 20 minutes
Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”
“What would you do if an item scans the wrong price?”

Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
