The online application was not too long and the interview was not difficult. It felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. We discussed the duties of being a personal shopper for a lot of the time.

I had 2 interviews, one with the store manager, and one with the department manager. Process was very easy. Looking more for character. Focused heavily on customer service, availability, and situational problem-solving.
