My 1st interview was by phone. I was interviewed by Ashley Andes. The process was simple & I enjoyed talking with her. That was my first time doing a phone interview. Apparently, I impressed her; my second interview is tomorrow (face to face). I applied for 3 different positions. One those positions is mine. I already believe it & claimed it.

3. Sent an offer letter the same day
4. Waited on Background Check
5. Completed a new hire paperwork online
6. Came to the store to complete my onboarding with needed documents

Fast and straight to the point. Interview was maybe 15 minutes. Great experience would do again. Very professional and focuses on my answers and why I felt certain ways. Very through
It's not very difficult. They were already impressed with my volunteer and club participation (High School), despite not having any previous work experience. The questions that they ask are not very difficult, mainly education, work experiences, job description (with salary).
