the firs interview was over the phone , it lasted around 45 min , its more a casual chat about H&H , the role and etc.
the one professional ,yet casual , the interviewer made me feel relax and welcome , the was a two way conversations, it was mostly based on my strength rather then weakness .

Entretien
telephone interview (easy questions ) and then interview face to face. It took all together like 1 week. Interview was held by area manager in one of the shops. Need to prepare SWOT analyse to the shop you are applying

Entretien
A simple form to fill out online was followed by a brief telephone screening interview. After successfully passing these steps the interview itself was held in a local coffee shop. I was given plenty of opportunities to get my points across and did not feel unduly pressured at any point. The interview questions are based on a candidates strengths rather than purely their experience which I felt offered the opportunity to get more of myself across top the interviewer. The entire process felt much more like a conversation than a formal interview.
