J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez HarperCollins (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2013
Entretien
2 stages
First was a short interview with two mid-level employees. This was a good 30 minutes of conversation, very relaxed and friendly.
Second stage was more of an interview day. 30 graduates or so for 3 places.
3 parts to the day. Group exercise - You are a committee in charge of a theatre, come to an agreement on how to spend budget for the next year.
Presentation - to senior team, 5 minute presentation then questions.
1-2-1 interview with senior employee - challenging interview

The day was principally a tour of the building and the facilities - the interview itself was 15 minutes long and was 5 competency-based questions. The glassdoor reviews for the previous recruitment cycle were very different, so no guarantees it'll be the same next time round. Make sure you prepare competency answers, though.

You were asked to complete a video interview of four questions, two of which are given to you before the interview. The two prepared questions are allowed 90 seconds to answer, the two unprepared 60. This definitely requires a great deal of preparation, especially as you have very little time to think of your answers and cannot re-record them.
