Long and unnecessary interview, total of about 3 and a half hours, Some of the interviewers were nice, but the one that was in charge was not professional as he just started playing his cell phone halfway through the interview. A lot of introducing yourself to different groups of people, and hardly any technical question was asked. The impression that they have left me was that they didn't want to train their new hires and expect them to go off the bat on their own. Seeing their salary ranges now, I'd say this company is out of touch with the current job market for the skill level that they are asking. Good luck finding your IDEAL candidate.
