Over the phone interview with normal behavior questions. "Name a time you disagreed with a peer, boss, etc." The interview total length was around 30 minutes. It was a very laid back and easy process. Received and accepted the offer about one week later.

1st interview was nice with the direct supervisor and they really liked me. 2nd interview involved other departments and they were very rude and asked stock questions coldly without allowing any conversations outside of the direct questions. I got an offer and decided to not take it over this negative interaction.
