During a job fair you fill out an application, wait until your name gets called to start the interview, speak to a manager then director. If everything goes well, you get hired on the spot. Don't be nervous, the manager and director is very laid back.

Group style interview process- They take you into a large room and interview you panel style with a room full of about 30- 45 other people. They go around and ask basic interview questions that you answer on the spot in front of everyone. Then they leave to deliberate and come back and eliminate girls. Then those who are left move on to the next round where you have to demonstrate your ability to walk with a tray and call out for drinks in front of others. Then they will let you know if they think you have what it takes to work there or not.
