One phone interview with an external recruiter, one phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an online skills assessment (T-SQL and MS SQL Server Administration), one in-person interview with the hiring manager and a co-worker. The hiring manager and co-worker and I were all on the same page, very dialed in to the same work ethic, issue awareness, etc, and the manager displayed rare ruthless candor, intelligence, and vision.
