Overall this interview was mostly asking the normal questions. Describe a time when, why should we hire you, how would you handle a conflict with a coworker? They will of course ask you if you have any familiarity either with tools and/or selections.

Managers are great and easy to speak to. I like that it is more personable and I did not feel like a robot. It was not behavioral interview questions which usually are questions that cause me a long pause thinking of something or coming up with a scenario.

They are very fast with calling back and getting you aboard. They ask simple questions and want to know about your past experience if you have any. They have very great communication skills.
