Attended two sessions, both were conducted by a panel of interviewers ( a manager and a HR officer). They asked a lot of questions, some of the questions were repeated ones. They did not like you to talk too much, just focused on the questions and provided short and supportive answers would do you good. The final decision came after a month. You needed to wait patiently.

first round they select on the eductional qualification. then they conduct Aptitude test and from there they will screen the candidates. And the selected candidates will allowed to go for typing test then there will be manager round. atlast HR round will be conducted.
