Initial phone interview, then asked in for a face-to-face interview. If you pass this you are then inited in to meet a range of people from different departments. This is a chance for you to ask questions about the company etc. You are then asked in for a second interview which involves a 20 minute presentation. You are asked to come up with a conference idea and pitch it.
