Two round interview process. First via Zoom , second in person
Really nice interviewers although they seemed to lack an experience of interviewing and where reading questions of a list so it didn't feel free flowing.
No salary was given and it was clear when I disclosed what my salary was this put them off

Would I find the job change overwhelming ? Would my current employer be surprised at me wanting to leave ? do I prefer working on my own or on a bigger project? what goals have I set for myself and met? Challenges I have overcome when starting something new..... was a long list of questions cannot remember them all.
