Their interview process is a little different than other jobs. The first step is to complete an assessment that can be questions, a video assessment, or multiple choice. I had a text assessment that asked me to answer 3 questions within a 45 min time limit. Fairly easy to complete. I completed the assessment at 11 AM, and I got rejected same day at 8 PM. A little unprofessional to send out a rejection email outside working hours and very late for the candidate.
