I had an initial phone screening and was invited for a 1 hour technical interview where I paired with another engineer. Then, I completed the 4 hour on-site, which included building off of a small take home assignment. An offer was made the same week I finished the on-site. Altogether, the process took close to 3 weeks, but that was due to my availability. One of the best interviewing processes I've ever gone through. I knew what was going to happen, when, and who would be there. If I had a question, someone followed up with me pretty quickly. Everyone involved was really friendly and helpful. They made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout the process.
