While I went into the interview process excited about the opportunity, the interviewer's lack of enthusiasm or sincere interest in my background made me question whether it was worth moving forward. The questions asked were fairly generic and it did not seem that the person conducting the interview was particularly excited about the company's growth when asked. Although I have yet to hear back, the person who screened me is not someone I would look forward to working with every day.

The interview process was quick, I had decisions on next steps within a couple of days at each step. Sometimes I even had an answer the same day! I met with several people on the team as well as a co-founder. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. Process: initial hiring manager screen, take home assignment and a final onsite, then it went to offer.
