I had calls with external recruiter, Internal recruiter, then hiring manager. Then I went to the office and met with 4 people in one day. The process didn’t seem very well coordinated. They all asked the same vague questions. Seems like an interesting space and product opportunity, but the team seems to be very inexperienced and arrogant.

The interview process was fine. What was not fine and what is a major red flag for anyone interviewing is that Handshake RESCINDS WRITTEN AND SIGNED OFFERS! Watch out for this possibility when interviewing. Highly unethical practice in general, and specifically for a company that is purportedly helping young professionals get jobs!

The recruitment experience was straightforward and efficient. However, significant concerns were raised regarding the internal culture, specifically the challenge of dealing with difficult internal stakeholders and a stated lack of investment in formal training or growth for managers.
