Great, efficient and friendly process. Was interviewing at other places as well, and Handshake's process stood out to be exceptional -- they really care about treating their candidates well. First round was a phone screen, second round was an onsite with three 1-hour interviews (2 people per interview). Onsite was scheduled the next day after the phone screen because I was leaving for vacation -- they were great in accommodating my schedule. Final and third round was with the CEO (since I was traveling they were flexible with scheduling a Google Hangout for this one). Overall, was really impressed with how put together their recruiting and interview process is, considering the size of the company. Definitely comparable (some aspects better) to much larger companies I've interviewed with.
